Lea Michele

Dorothy Gale

The title and coveted role of Dorothy Gale will be played by Golden Globe-nominee, Lea Michele. Lea is originally known for her Broadway stage roles in "Les Miserables", "Ragtime", "Fiddler on the Roof" and as Wendla in the Tony Award-winning production of “Spring Awakening”, for which Lea was nominated for a Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Actress in a Musical. Lea is best recognized for her starring role on the acclaimed FOX television show “Glee” as perfectionist firecracker Rachel Berry. She was honored with 2010 and 2011 Golden Globe nominations for “Best Television Actress-Comedy or Musical” for her work on the show. She was last seen on stage as Eponine in the star-studded production of "Les Miserables" at the Hollywood Bowl. Lea has been seen on the big-screen in the ensemble film “New Year’s Eve”, and the “Glee: The 3D Concert Movie”. Lea will make her animated-feature voice-over debut with LEGENDS OF OZ: DORTOHY’S RETURN, and will contemporize the classic role through a fresh story and newly designed Oz while bringing extraordinary vocals to new, original songs.

Martin Short is an Emmy and Tony Award-winning actor, comedian and writer. Martin is also a former member of "Second City TV" and “Saturday Night Live”, where he became famous for many memorable characters. Short has lent his talents to numerous animated features such as ”Frankenweenie”, “Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted”, “Hoodwinked Too! Hood vs. Evil”, “The Spiderwick Chronicles”, “Treasure Planet”, “Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius”, “The Prince of Egypt”, “The Pebble and the Penguin” and “We’re Back! A Dinosaur’s Story”.

Dan Aykroyd

Dan Aykroyd is an Academy Award-nominated and Emmy Award-winning Canadian comedian, actor, screenwriter and musician. Dan was an original cast member of “Saturday Night Live”, an originator of “The Blues Brothers” and “Ghostbusters”, and has had a long career as a film actor and screenwriter. In addition to his legendary comedy roles, Dan has performed in highly acclaimed dramatic films such as “Driving Miss Daisy” with Academy Award winner Jessica Tandy. Dan has also been part of the family films “Yogi Bear”, “Antz” and “My Girl 2”.

 

Kelsey Grammer

Kelsey Grammer is the first American actor ever to be nominated for multiple Emmy awards for portraying the same character on three different television shows (“Cheers”, “Frasier” and “Wings”) for his portrayal of Dr. Frasier Crane. Kelsey has won and been nominated for Screen Actors Guild, Golden Globe and Tony awards for his work. Kelsey is a true voice-acting veteran, with credits including the “Toy Story” franchise, “Once Upon a Christmas”, “Anastasia”, and the infamous Sideshow Bob on “The Simpsons”.

Megan Hilty

TV audiences are most familiar with Megan Hilty from her role on NBC’s “Smash” as Broadway actress Ivy Lynn. A true Broadway veteran, Megan has received rave reviews and a Drama Desk Award nomination, Outer Critics Circle Award nomination, Drama League nomination and LA Ovation nomination for “Lead Actress in a Musical” for her portrayal of Doralee Rhodes in Broadway’s “9 to 5 the Musical”. Megan graduated from the prestigious Carnegie Mellon University and quickly thereafter made her Broadway debut as Glinda in “Wicked”. She then went on to perform that role in the National Tour. Megan’s voice can also be heard in “Secret of the Wings”, “Tinker Bell & The Pixie Hollow Games”, “The Secret Life of Magic Ghourd”, “Phineas & Ferb”, “Glen Martin DDS”, “American Dad”, and as the singing Snow White in “Shrek the Third”.

Hugh Dancy is an Emmy-nominated actor and familiar face in film, television and theater. In film, Hugh has starred as the leading man in “Ella Enchanted” opposite Anne Hathaway, and “Confessions of a Shopaholic” opposite Isla Fisher. His other film credits include “Our Idiot Brother”, “Adam”, “Evening” and “Black Hawk Down.” On television, Hugh played the Earl of Essex in the critically acclaimed series “Elizabeth I” opposite Helen Mirren and Jeremy Irons, where he received an Emmy nomination for “Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Miniseries or a Movie”. On the stage, he has been seen on Broadway in the plays “Venus in Fur” and “Journey’s End”. Hugh will next star in NBC’s new show “Hannibal”.

Oliver Platt is an Emmy, Tony, Screen Actors Guild and Golden Globe nominee. His work spans all genres (“X-Men: First Class”, “2012”, “Frost/Nixon”, “Huff”, “Nip/Tuck” and “Year One”), and he recently made his producing debut with the film “Big Night”. A veteran to the stage, Platt has performed in off-Broadway productions including "The Tempest", "Moon Over Miami" and "Twelfth Night". Platt currently stars in the Showtime original series “The Big C” opposite Laura Linney.

Bernadette has lit up the silver screen in 17 films throughout her distinguished career. Among her film credits are: “The Jerk”, “The Longest Yard”, “Silent Movie Annie”, “Pink Cadillac”, “Slaves of New York”, Woody Allen’s “Alice”, “Impromptu”, “It Runs in the Family”, and the soon to be released independent film “Coming Up Roses”. Bernadette has recorded six solo albums; including the Grammy-nominated “Bernadette Peters Loves Rodgers & Hammerstein”, “Sondheim”, “Etc: Bernadette Peters Live at Carnegie Hall” and “I’ll Be Your Baby Tonight”, in addition to numerous Original Broadway Cast recordings.
